HOW TO BOOK YOUR HOTEL

Step 5: Complete booking
Enter your personal details and guarantee your booking with a valid credit card. You'll receive a digital confirmation to your provided email address.
Important Notes:
- Book early as rooms in our group block are limited
- If you receive an error message during booking, our room block may be full

Can I attend the conference virtually?
Yes! We offer virtual attendance packages for those unable to travel to London. Virtual attendees receive:
- Live-streamed access
- Digital conference materials
- Recorded sessions for replay

If you are registered for in-person but can no longer travel, contact us immediately at hello@kearncherry.com. We may be able to transfer your registration to virtual attendance depending on timing and circumstances.

Does the registration fee include travel and hotel costs for the conference?
